In April 2014, Liaozhu Group successfully settled in Jiujiang National Economic and Technological Development Zone, established Liaozhu Group Jiujiang Construction Road Machinery Co., Ltd., and completed the project signing ceremony on April 8. At the signing celebration, Guan Qisheng, chairman of Liaozhu Group, briefly introduced the current operation status of Liaozhu Group, the development prospects of the group and the investment and construction plan of Jiujiang Branch. This is another major development strategy of Liaozhu Group after the investment in the construction of industrial production parks in 2007, the total investment of the project is 150 million yuan, the purchase of land is 100 acres, the registered capital of the company is 50 million yuan, and it is expected to achieve sales revenue of 400 million yuan and annual profits and taxes of 20 million yuan. Liaozhu Group went out of the northeast base area, looked at Jiangnan, and gradually increased the development of Jiangnan while steadily operating the northeast and northwest markets, and completed the third five-year development plan of Liaozhu Group. It is expected that the project will enter the planning and construction process in May 2014 and be put into operation in August 2015.
